Morgan Stanley’s Bitcoin exchange-traded fund appears set for an imminent launch, according to a leading ETF analyst.
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart says the bank is clearly not messing around with its spot bitcoin ETF, which will feature the ticker MSBT.
“WOW. We have the fee on Morgan Stanley’s spot bitcoin ETF $MSBT. Will charge just 0.14%!!! Big move here.”
The fee will significantly undercut BlackRock’s flagship Bitcoin ETF, which charges 0.25%.
Morgan Stanley’s Bitcoin ETF is the first from a major US bank.
The lender has 16,000 advisors selling its investment products, and holds about $1.9 trillion in assets under management (AUM) within its Investment Management division.
