A Texas grocery store has reportedly sustained extensive damage after a motorist allegedly accelerated into the building while seeking restroom access.<\/p>\n

Police say the driver intentionally crashed into a Kroger after finding the doors locked early Sunday morning, reports<\/a> ABC13.<\/p>\n

According to the Rosenberg Police Department, the man \u201cintentionally accelerated\u201d into the store around 4:30 a.m. and extensively damaged the pharmacy entrance.<\/p>\n

Rosenberg police shared images of the aftermath showing heavy damage to the storefront.<\/p>\n

Investigators say initial information indicates he needed to use the restroom and was upset the doors were locked.<\/p>\n

Officials have not identified the driver or said whether charges will be filed.<\/p>\n

It is also unknown if anyone was injured in the crash.<\/p>\n
