Connor Brown, Executive Director of the Bitcoin Policy Institute and a former Senate staffer, breaks down why 7 to 9 Democrats have to cross the aisle and what happens to digital asset regulation if they don\u2019t. He walks through Senator Cynthia Lummis\u2019 updated draft, the roughly 120 concessions inside it, and the ethics provision compromise that got about 80% of the way there. Brown also explains why BPI has expanded its remit into open source AI and what that means for Bitcoin security.<\/p>\n
