A Pennsylvania man is going to federal prison for four years after using the name Mr. Satan to post violent threats on YouTube against President Trump and others.<\/p>\n

Shawn Monper, 33, of Butler County posted the messages between January 15th and April 5th of 2025,\u00a0reports<\/a>\u00a0PennLive.<\/p>\n

He pleaded guilty in April of 2026 to two counts of threatening federal officials and law enforcement officers. He accepted responsibility for additional counts as part of the plea.<\/p>\n

He got a gun permit after the January 2025 inauguration and posted about buying guns and ammunition. He also wrote that he planned a mass shooting.<\/p>\n

YouTube made an emergency disclosure to the FBI. He was arrested April 9th of 2025 and has been held since.<\/p>\n

Says U.S. District Judge W. Scott Hardy,<\/p>\n

\u201cextremely serious criminal conduct\u201d that will \u201cnot be tolerated and will be answered with serious consequences.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

He will serve three years of supervised release after prison.<\/p>\n
