The Bitcoin treasury firm Strategy (MSTR) has completed its largest crypto sale to date by divesting 3,588 Bitcoin for $216 million between June 29th and July 5th.<\/p>\n

The transaction happened<\/a> under the firm\u2019s newly introduced BTC monetization program<\/a> designed to support dividend payments.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis framework is designed to strengthen credit quality and enable the Company to reduce expected preferred stock dividend payments when accretive. <\/em><\/p>\n

This framework also sets out how we plan to use our capital management toolkit while maintaining our commitment to long-term Bitcoin exposure.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

This marks Strategy\u2019s first significant Bitcoin disposal since 2022, with proceeds allocated specifically toward shareholder returns for the firm\u2019s dividend products.<\/p>\n

After the sale, the company holds 843,775 of BTC worth about $53.88 billion and $2.55 billion in our USD Reserves.<\/p>\n
