What made the deal stand out was the timing.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"wp-image-896594 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbtc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/a_023edd.png?resize=753%2C694\" alt=\"\" width=\"753\" height=\"694\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Regular investors who held WLFI tokens were still locked in \u2014 blocked from selling \u2014 while the transaction went through.
