That cohort has been underwater since January 30 until April 23\u2019s surge back above $77,000, meaning they had carried unrealized losses for nearly three months.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A similar dynamic is showing up with short-term holder whales. Their Realized Price sits at approximately $79,600, which is slightly above the spot price at the time of writing, meaning that they have been trading in loss territory since November 1.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CryptoQuant noted that With Bitcoin moving in a $76,000 to $80,000 range, both ETF-related demand and short-term whale positioning appear to be hovering near their respective \u201cdecision points.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Two Scenarios For Bitcoin Ahead<\/h2>\n<p>In this context, the key $80,000 level is not just a chart marker\u2014it\u2019s portrayed as the psychological and financial boundary between relief and renewed losses.<\/p>\n<p>Whether Bitcoin can withstand the sell pressure that can follow at these thresholds\u2014especially if the market rejects the level\u2014could shape the structure of BTC\u2019s next directional move, potentially defining how the second quarter develops.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Analyst Ash Crypto added a more direct <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AshCrypto\/status\/2047137666475729003?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">two scenarios outlook<\/a> tied to the $80,000 wall. In the first scenario, Bitcoin closes above $80,000 on a daily basis and confirms that this rally has real follow-through.
