Data from STRC.live<\/a> and market trackers indicate that Michael Saylor\u2019s bitcoin\u2011focused firm, Strategy<\/a>, has purchased an estimated 1,200 BTC so far today via its preferred equity issuance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Yesterday, on March 10, Strategy\u2019s Variable Rate Series A Preferred Stock (STRC) posted<\/a> a record $409 million in daily trading volume, accompanied by 3% 30-day volatility and a one-month VWAP near $99.78, the highest sustained average since issuance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to on\u2011chain indicators and STRC.live X posts, over 2000 bitcoin were accumulated that day, marking<\/a> one of the largest one\u2011day buying events since the instrument\u2019s launch and surpassing prior highs.<\/p>\n

This latest estimated purchase comes on the heels of a $1.28\u202fbillion acquisition<\/a> of 17,994 BTC announced in a recent SEC filing, which lifted Strategy\u2019s total holdings to approximately 738,731 BTC, or roughly 3.5\u202f% of Bitcoin\u2019s circulating supply.\u00a0<\/p>\n
