DOGE is now consolidating losses and might face hurdles near $0.10 and $0.1040.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DOGE price started a fresh decline below the $0.1050 level.<\/li>\n<li>The price is trading below the $0.10 level and the 100-hourly simple moving average.<\/li>\n<li>There is a key bearish trend line forming with resistance at $0.1005 on the hourly chart of the DOGE\/USD pair (data source from Kraken).<\/li>\n<li>The price could extend losses if it stays below $0.1020 and $0.1040.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Dogecoin Price Faces Uphill Task<\/h2>\n<p>Dogecoin price started a fresh decline after it closed below $0.1050, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbtc.com\/analysis\/btc\/bitcoin-price-tightens-range-67k\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener \">Bitcoin<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbtc.com\/analysis\/eth\/ethereum-price-threshold-2k\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener \">Ethereum<\/a>. DOGE declined below the $0.1040 and $0.1020 support levels.<\/p>\n<p>The price even traded below $0.10. A low was formed near $0.0955, and the price is now showing bearish signs. There was a recovery wave above $0.0980, but the price stayed below the 23.6% Fib retracement level of the downward move from the $0.1174 swing high to the $0.0955 low.<\/p>\n<p>Dogecoin price is now trading below the $0.10 level and the 100-hourly simple moving average. There is also a key bearish trend line forming with resistance at $0.1005 on the hourly chart of the DOGE\/USD pair.<\/p>\n<p>If there is a recovery wave, immediate resistance on the upside is near the $0.10 level. The first major resistance for the bulls could be near the $0.1005 level and the trend line. Initial support on the downside is near the $0.0955 level. The next major support is near the $0.0920 level.<\/p>\n<p>The main support sits at $0.0880. If there is a downside break below the $0.0880 support, the price could decline further.
