Reports note Alternative.me\u2019s Fear and Greed Index sits near 10 out of 100, a reading that lines up with what traders call \u201cextreme fear.\u201d Those are blunt, unsightly numbers. They also tend to make a few investors start looking for bargains.<\/p>\n
